1- We do not guarantee any delivery timing. Delivery to businesses will be delivered during business hours and residential deliveries will be guaranteed during the delivery day ( 9AM - 8 PM ). Obviously we will try our best to accommodate customer delivery timing request but we can not guarantee.
2-We guarantee delivery timing for events, weddings, funeral services.
3-Our cut off time for SAME DAY DELIVERY is 3 PM. If we reach our capacity before 3 PM we might anticipate our cut off time to 1 or 2 PM. So after cut off time all items will not be available for same day delivery.

The website was very easy to use✅ The note I wanted on the card was typed beautifully, which I believe adds to the presentation. An extra service I have never received before was a “picture” of the actual flower arrangement before it went out for delivery… impressive!!! (The flowers were “picture perfect” exactly like the selection on the website.) I will definitely be using Fillmore Florist San Francisco again!

They were wonderful! I was trying to surprise my best friend with flowers and she was out of the building when they came to deliver. I had asked they call her number if they couldn’t get in and they did, she was able to use her cell phone to open the gate remotely and she came home to a lovely bouquet of flowers! I was sent a notification when the bouquet had been prepared and one when it had been delivered. A fabulous experience all around I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I live in another city and it’s so good to know I have a way to shower my friend with love from afar through these gorgeous arrangements!
