Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

We proudly offers same-day flower delivery throughout San Francisco and surrounding areas for orders placed before our daily cutoff time.
Deliveries are made to homes, businesses, hospitals, funeral homes, schools, hotels, and event venues. While we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, we will make every effort to deliver your order on the requested date.
If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the arrangement in a safe location or with a receptionist, neighbor, or building manager when appropriate.
Due to seasonal availability, substitutions may occasionally be necessary. Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value and maintain the overall style and quality of the arrangement.
Please ensure all delivery information is accurate. Additional fees may apply for address corrections or re-delivery requests.

Refund Policy
