1- We do not guarantee any delivery timing. Delivery to businesses will be delivered during business hours and residential deliveries will be guaranteed during the delivery day ( 9AM - 8 PM ). Obviously we will try our best to accommodate customer delivery timing request but we can not guarantee.
2-We guarantee delivery timing for events, weddings, funeral services.
3-Our cut off time for SAME DAY DELIVERY is 3 PM. If we reach our capacity before 3 PM we might anticipate our cut off time to 1 or 2 PM. So after cut off time all items will not be available for same day delivery.

I recently ordered online an orchid arrangement by way of condolence to a friend. The online invoice showed how my note would look on the accompanying card, and, much to my delight, the florist sent a photo of the orchid before it left the shop. (Why don't all florists do this?) It was even more beautiful than the one shown on the website. The orchid was delivered promptly within less than 24 hours of my order. Terrific service.
