1) Delivery to businesses will be delivered during business hours and residential deliveries will be guaranteed during the delivery day ( 9AM - 8 PM ). We will try our best to accommodate customer delivery timing request but we can not guarantee.
2) We guarantee delivery timing for events, weddings, funeral services.
3) Our cut off time for SAME DAY DELIVERY is 4 PM. If we reach our capacity before 4 PM we might anticipate our cut off time to 1 or 2 PM. So after cut off time all items will not be available for same day delivery.

BEAUTIFUL....I love your web site: wonderfully set out to use with complete ease. Gives great confidence by customer that I have chosen the specific wonderful arrangement that I viewed on your website, and which you have confirmed by this latest email from you. Every detail on the order process is covered....addresses, buyer information, credit card info, etc. all confirmed. In all years, 50+, in buying flower arrangements, I have never seen such a fabulous website with photo presentations, and executions, as Fillmore Florist has produced. The web site was very easy to navigate . I asked them to notify me when delivered which they did , even sent me a photo after they arranged it before delivery to make sure I was happy . The flowers looked exactly like the picture on website and my friend loved them
