1- We do not guarantee any delivery timing. Delivery to businesses will be delivered during business hours and residential deliveries will be guaranteed during the delivery day ( 9AM - 8 PM ). Obviously we will try our best to accommodate customer delivery timing request but we can not guarantee.
2-We guarantee delivery timing for events, weddings, funeral services.
3-Our cut off time for SAME DAY DELIVERY is 3 PM. If we reach our capacity before 3 PM we might anticipate our cut off time to 1 or 2 PM. So after cut off time all items will not be available for same day delivery.
