1) Delivery to businesses will be delivered during business hours and residential deliveries will be guaranteed during the delivery day ( 9AM - 8 PM ). We will try our best to accommodate customer delivery timing request but we can not guarantee.
2) We guarantee delivery timing for events, weddings, funeral services.
3) Our cut off time for SAME DAY DELIVERY is 3 PM. If we reach our capacity before 3 PM we might anticipate our cut off time to 1 or 2 PM. So after cut off time all items will not be available for same day delivery.
