1- We do not guarantee any delivery timing. Delivery to businesses will be delivered during business hours and residential deliveries will be guaranteed during the delivery day ( 9AM - 8 PM ). Obviously we will try our best to accommodate customer delivery timing request but we can not guarantee.
2-We guarantee delivery timing for events, weddings, funeral services.
3-Our cut off time for SAME DAY DELIVERY is 3 PM. If we reach our capacity before 3 PM we might anticipate our cut off time to 1 or 2 PM. So after cut off time all items will not be available for same day delivery.

Service is amazing as the store owner called me directly to make sure a correct order was placed to include all fragrant flowers. Despite all other big gifts sent, the flower fragrance was the only thing that my son seemed to be more excited and enjoyed so much that he actually sent me an heartfelt thank you note!
