1- We do not guarantee any delivery timing. Delivery to businesses will be delivered during business hours and residential deliveries will be guaranteed during the delivery day ( 9AM - 8 PM ). Obviously we will try our best to accommodate customer delivery timing request but we can not guarantee.
2-We guarantee delivery timing for events, weddings, funeral services.
3-Our cut off time for SAME DAY DELIVERY is 3 PM. If we reach our capacity before 3 PM we might anticipate our cut off time to 1 or 2 PM. So after cut off time all items will not be available for same day delivery.

The person on the receiving end was thrilled. The flowers were apparently really beautiful. I was thrilled that it worked so quickly. I am actually in Berlin and to think that I could get flowers to someone on the other side of the world within a few hours of ordering them was fantastic. A store on Fillmore St must be good though right? Great service. Smooth, efficient, easy.

I highly recommend this florist. I ordered a bouquet late, late on a Sat night for Sun delivery. (procrastinating for a birthday gift) They are one of the few florist who is open and delivering on Sunday. The flowers were delivered early the next afternoon and the receiver was thrilled. They looked better than the photo. They aren't inexpensive, but they delivered on time and the bouquet was exquisite.
